Q: Why do you like StrongBoard Balance?
A: StrongBoard Balance is accessible to anyone, and is a fantastic and fun tool for stability training.
Q: Have you made any friendships using StrongBoard Balance?
A: I’ve made friendships online through communities and the StrongBoard company.
Q: How has adding StrongBoard Balance to your personal training program helped your business?
A: Students and clients love adding StrongBoard Balance to workouts and classes for added difficulty. My yoga classes like to work on arm balances with StrongBoard.
Q: How is it different from other workout equipment you have used?
A: StrongBoard has more functionality than wobble boards or other balance tools I’ve used. It really does work all the small muscles we don’t use often. It’s fun but effective and compact, making it a great addition to any home gym.
Q: Do you have a personal story about StrongBoard you would like to share?
A: It can be about your own fitness journey, a client or anything that comes to mind. After being injured in Iraq, I was told I would never walk again. Years of physical and mental rehab and training have made me the person I am today. I use the StrongBoard daily to work on my balance, stability, and joint strength to continue improving my performance. I wish I had StrongBoard Balance 15 years ago!
Q: What is your favorite exercise or routine on StrongBoard and why?
A: I like using StrongBoard to level-up my workouts with other tools to add a stability challenge. I’ll stand on the StrongBoard while swinging Kettlebells, steel maces, and heavy ropes; I love using the Inertia Wave, TRX, and resistance bands while on the StrongBoard.
