In an effort to protect our customers and their information it may be necessary verify orders prior to fulfilling them. With that in mind, please be sure to include a phone number and an email address so that we can easily reach you. In the event that we cannot verify your order within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to assure that each Strongboard Balance we sell will be of superior quality. If, however, your Strongboard Balance has any noticeable defect or flaw in its manufacture or was damaged during delivery, we will gladly accept its return for replacement or full refund within thirty (30) days of its purchase.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you desire to return your Strongboard Balance, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will assign you an RMA number. When returning an item to us, please be sure to include the following information: Your name, address, telephone number, email address and RMA Number. Please also specify whether you want a replacement item or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the cost of return shipping.
REPLACEMENT
We will send you your replacement Strongboard Balance within ten (10) days of our receipt of your returned item.
REFUNDS
If you return your Strongboard Balance due to manufacturing defect or damage in shipping and request a refund, we will inspect your returned item and, if we agree that the item is defective or was damaged in shipping, we will provide you with the refund you request. If, however, we find no noticeable manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will exercise our option to replace the item with one which we have determined to be free of defect or damage.
