Focusing on Balance in 2023
With 2023 upon us, you may be looking for ways to thrive and focus on balance in the new year. StrongBoard Balance’s biggest wellness tip for 2023? Instead of committing to something for an entire year, when we have no idea what the future holds, I would like to encourage you to make a new resolution each month. At the end of each month, you can choose to keep your new habit, and / or move on to the next month’s resolution.
How To Make Monthly Health Goals
Begin by making a list of health and fitness habits you are interested in. Some examples include:
- Order a StrongBoard Balance to meet your goals
- 30 StrongBoard squats a day
- 30 StrongBoard Balance burpees a day
- 30 StrongBoard Balance push ups a day
- 5,000 (or more) steps a day
- 30 minutes of cardio a day
- Plank progression
Choosing One Goal Per Month
Once you have a list which resonates with you, choose one habit and commit to it for the month. If you like the way it feels, you can always stick with it, but each month choose a new habit for 30 days.
Coming out of 2022, dig into the things and people which make you feel good. When we feel good, we do good, and the world needs more good right now.
