Experience next level balance, strengthen and restore flow. StrongYoga is a yoga class with the StrongBoard Balance which requires total core engagement and fully awareness in the present moment. Through the combination of the board with a special practice we are going to align postures, improve balance, increase endurance, heal tone and sculpt muscle.

Doing chair pose on a #strongboard is so much more difficult then I had anticipated. The good news is I have great balance. I’m really happy with how high quality the board is how secure I felt standing on top of it.
