Yoga on StrongBoard Balance Board

Yoga explores the mind-body connection through a variety of practices and philosophies. Some variations of Yoga encourage breathing, restoration, and relaxation while others challenge practitioners to increase strength and power with a series of poses (called asanas) in a structured flow. Yoga encourages balance, alignment, and awareness in the body while stimulating the mind. StrongBoard Balance adds a new level of awareness to both beginning and advanced Yogis by invigorating their practice with an additional balance challenge to basic poses like the plank, downward facing dog, and warrior 1, 2, and 3. A beginner can use StrongBoard Balance to establish proper alignment of the spine and stability of the ankles, hips, shoulders, and core. The advanced Yogi will enliven a stale practice using StrongBoard Balance for more difficult poses such as tree, headstand, and wheel.
