Triathlon - Swimming - Biking - Running

The sport of Triathlon requires its participants to be a master of three different sports. Participants must know how to swim, bike, and run in a competitive environment for time. Stabilization of the shoulders, trunk rotation, increased power and mobility is imperative for the swim component- while balance, speed, agility and anaerobic and aerobic capacity must be in top form for the cycling and running legs.
