RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to assure that each StrongBoard Balance we sell will be of superior quality. If, however, your Strongboard Balance has any noticeable defect or flaw in its manufacture or was damaged during delivery, we will gladly accept its return for replacement or full refund within thirty (30) days of its purchase.
StrongBoard Balance is built to last and we are proud to offer a 3-year Manufacturer’s Warranty against breakage or malfunction. In order to qualify for a brand new replacement unit your board must be free from water or heat damage, email a photo of your compromised board to info@StrongBoardBalance.com, along with the best way to contact you. Upon receipt, we will issue a call tag, review your board, then replace the unit. Boards that are not damaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Boards that show water or heat damage are not eligible for the warranty.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you desire to return your StrongBoard Balance, please email orders@strongboardbalance.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will assign you an RMA number. When returning an item to us, please be sure to include the following information: Your name, address, telephone number, email address and RMA Number. Please also specify whether you want a replacement item or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the cost of return shipping.
REPLACEMENT
We will send your replacement StrongBoard Balance within ten (10) days of our receipt of your returned item.
REFUNDS
If you return your StrongBoard Balance due to manufacturing defect or damage in shipping and request a refund, we will inspect your returned item and, if we agree that the item is defective or was damaged in shipping, we will provide you with the refund you request.
