The Twisters Balance Board Workout is a great exercise for the midsection, arms & booty.
1. Grab the handles of StrongBoard and lift it up against your chest, in standing position with your feet hip width apart. Be sure to keep your shoulders in your back pockets and your abs engaged.
2. Keeping the board close to your chest, drop into a squatted position, keeping your weight in your heels.
3. Engaging your glutes, driving from the heels out of squat position into a press with arms fully extended bringing StrongBoard above your head.
4. Drop the board to your chest while bringing your right foot back, and dropping your right knee down into lunge position. Keep the board close to your chest over your left thigh, shoulders back, chest up, abs engaged.
5. Holding a static lunge position and keeping your hips stabilized, rotate from the torso bringing the board across your left knee.
6. Rotate your torso back to center, keeping the board close to your chest and over your left thigh.
7. Pull your right foot up to your left foot and return to standing position, extending your arms to press the board back over your head.
8. Drop the board to your chest while bringing your left foot back, and dropping your left knee down into lunge position. Keep the board close to your chest over your right thigh, shoulders back, chest up, abs engaged.
9. Holding a static lunge position and keeping your hips stabilized, rotate from the torso bringing the board across your right knee.
10. Rotate your torso back to center, keeping the board close to your chest and over your right thigh.
11. Return to standing by pulling your right foot up to your left foot. Keeping the board close to your chest, drop into a squatted position, keeping your weight in your heels.
12. Repeat steps 3-11 for the desired number of reps, alternating legs.
