Rev Up Your Calorie Burn with Uppercuts

Rev up your calorie burn with Uppercuts on StrongBoard Balance board. This is an intermediate exercise and should be performed on a stable surface prior to performing with StrongBoard Balance board. This exercise is primarily for the shoulders and obliques, but will also work the lower extremities and your entire core musculature, along with the entire scapulothoracic region.

1. Stand on StrongBoard Balance in first position, feet shoulder width apart.

2. With your Slastix connected to each end of the base of the boardand other ends attached to each side of your Fit Stik Pro, grip the Fit Stik Pro 

3. Keeping your abs braced, lower yourself into a squat position.

4. As you raise yourself back to standing position, push the right end of your Fit Stik Pro up and to the left side, across your body, using an uppercut motion.

5. Bring the Fit Stik back to starting position as you lower yourself back into a squat position.

6. As you raise yourself back to standing position, push the left end of your Fit Stik Pro up and to the right side, across your body,using an uppercut motion.

7. Repeat step three through six.

8. Repeat for desired amount of repetitions/sets.

Tips: Keep a slight bend in your knees when you come to standing. For an additional challenge, progress to a StrongStrap with more resistance. You can also deepen your squat.

Gain muscle and burn fat with Spartan Spearing! This is an intermediate exercise and should be performed on a stable surface prior to performing with StrongBoard Balance board. This exercise is primarily for the shoulders, but will also work the lower extremities and your entire core musculature.

1. Stand on StrongBoard Balance in first position, shoulder width stance,with a slight bend in the knees.

2. With your Slastix connected to each side of the base and both ends attached to one end of your Fit Stick Pro, grip the Stik at the opposite end with one hand and near the middle with the other hand.

3. Keeping your abs braced, jab the Fit Stick Pro out in front of you, then to the right, center, and then the left, back to center, and the back to the right and repeat the sequence.

4. Repeat for desired amount of repetitions/sets.

Tips: Keep a slight bend in your knees. For an additional challenge, progress to a stronger StrongStrap resistance. You can also add a squat progression into each set.

Sleeveless Worthy Arms with Lock and Load Kickbacks

Sculpt arms, abs and back with lock and load kickbacks. This is an intermediate exercise and should be performed on a stable surface prior to performing with StrongBoard Balance. This exercise is primarily for the triceps and back, but will also work the entire core musculature.

1. Stand on StrongBoard Balance in first position, board in lateral position. Position your feet across the middle of the board.

2. Connect both ends of each StrongStrap Slastix to the front end of the base, grip the handles with both hands.

3. Hinging from the hips and keeping your abs braced and your back straight, bend over to a 30-40 degree angle.

4. Keeping your head in line with your spine, pull arms up until upper arms are next to your rib cage, keeping elbows tucked.

5. Pull the StrongStrap Slastix handles up and back, until your triceps are in full extension, pausing at the top.

6. Bring back down to starting position.

7. Repeat for desired amount of repetitions/sets.

Tips: Be sure to keep abs braced and back straight. For additional challenge, progress to a stronger StrongStrap Slastix resistance. You can also slow your tempo on the concentric and eccentric phase of exercise.

Work your entire body with this total body defining move! This is an advanced exercise and should be performed on a stable surface prior to performing with StrongBoard Balance board. This exercise is primarily for the shoulders and lower extremities, but will also work the entire core musculature, along entire scapulothoracic region.

1. Stand on StrongBoard Balance in first position, shoulder width stance.

2. Keep your chest up, shoulders in your back pockets, and abs braced.

3. With your Slastix connected to each side of the base, grip the Fit Stick Pro wide and hold above your head.

4. Keeping the Fit Stick Pro over your head with your arms locked out, armpits facing forward, as you lower yourself into a deep squat position. Hips descend back and down, lower than the knees, in squat position. Keep the heels down, bar over the middle of foot, knees in line with your second toes.

5. Keeping the abs braced, squeeze the buttocks as you bring yourself back to starting position, pushing your shoulders up into the Fit Stick Pro.

6. Repeat for desired amount of repetitions/sets.

Tips: For additional challenge, progress to a stronger StrongStrap resistance.
