Side to Side Squat Jumps are great for working your whole body; legs, glutes, quads, hamstrings, lower back and abs. It’s also good for strengthening those less used leg muscles. 1. Place one foot parallel on the SBB logo. Place your other foot on the floor with your knees slightly bent.
2. Squat down and thrust up using your leg muscles to throw you over the board so let your opposite foot lands on SBB and the floor.
3. Squat and thrust back and forth across the board for desired amount of repetitions.
Tips: Be sure to keep your chest up and abs engaged. Absorb the momentum of your bodyweight with your legs muscles. Be sure to squeeze the butt through thrust.
