- Place one foot parallel on the SBB logo. Place your other foot on the floor with your knees slightly bent.
- Squat down and thrust up using your leg muscles to throw you over the board so let your opposite foot lands on SBB and the floor.
- Squat and thrust back and forth across the board for desired amount of repetitions.
Tips: Be sure to keep your chest up and abs engaged. Absorb the momentum of your bodyweight with your legs muscles. Be sure to squeeze the butt through thrust.
