- Start by sitting lengthwise on StrongBoard Balance, with your chest up, heels on the floor, toes up and feet touching.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, keeping your abs engaged, with shoulders in your back pockets.
- Curl the dumbbell in your right hand up towards your right shoulder, then bring it back down and alternate sides, lifting the dumbbell in your left hand towards your left shoulder.
- Repeat for desired amount of repetitions.
Tips: If this exercise is too difficult for you, try widening your foot placement, which will allow more stability. You CAN also make this exercise more challenging by keeping your legs and feet closer together and/or using heavier dumbbells.
