My origins in the fitness industry:
I began using StrongBoard as part of physical therapy regiment and eventually I incorporated in to all my workouts because its FUN, challenging and improved my ability to strengthen and balance everything I loved to do in both extreme sports and in the great outdoors - from skateboarding, rock climbing, snowboarding, surfing, SUP, yoga and more.
Personal Success:
Favorite StrongBoard Exercise:
Squatting and pushups - hands down! Anything plyometric-related. It activates muscles and core you wouldn't normally by just being on a stationary surface.
Favorite StrongBoard Experience:
Watching outdoor enthusiasts and extreme sports junkies just lose their mind when they get on board. Whether you're just recovering from an injury or training for the next Olympics, it is so diverse it will improve your overall performance no matter what the activity is.
Favorite StrongBoard Color:
Red + White + Blue ! 'MERICA!...yes you can get custom and I love a brand who does that.
Favorite Workout Music:

Hobbies:
Climbing, Trail Running, riding my Moto and playing with my dogs.
