My origins in the fitness industry:
A Massage Professional of over 18 years.. Anatomy & Physiology along with Sports & Strength has always been a part of me.. A BIG PART OF ME.. Personal Training followed suit..
Personal Success:
Many.. just grateful that I am good at what I LOVE to do..
1 particular story is when an actress, who never liked working out, actually said she hated it, started training with me 6 days a week after our very 1st session.. that was over 2 years ago :)

Hobbies:
Hanging out with my boy/ dogs & my Bobby.. Cryotherapy, creating art/ reinventing art.. I love to DANCE, {sorry} favorite form of cardio!

Shrimp, Shrimp, SHRIMP!.. Wine, Prosecco, Champagne, Vodka UNSWEETENED Cocktails.. LOW SALT/ SODIUM Lays Chips
