The Explosive Crossover Push-Up exercise on StrongBoard Balance Board is a great way to increase overall strength & tighten core.
1. Place a StrongBoard Balance on the floor and begin in a traditional push-up position with your right hand on the platform and your left hand on the floor.
2. Keeping your abs engaged, your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
3. Lower yourself to the floor, and then explosively push up so your hands come off the platform and floor, to the other side of the board.
4. Land with your left hand on the platform, right hand on the floor, and immediately into another push-up.
5. Repeat lateral explosions for number of repetitions.
