1. Step onto the platform, placing your toes across the center and against the handles. Keep your spine erect, shoulders back, feet shoulder width apart.
2. With your heels up, standing on your toes, lower your butt down to a seated position and then back to a standing position. Keep your chest up and abs engaged.
3. When coming up, push from your toes, squeeze your butt and exhale.
4. Repeat for desired amount of repetitions.
Tips: Keep your chest up, and your abdominals engaged. When coming into a full squat, because you are on your toes with your heels up, your knees will come over the toes. This is ok. For more of a challenge, slow the squat tempo.
